A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:30 on July 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided 6 shuttle rooms with shower rooms, toilets, and portable beds in the 2nd floor of Ansan-si; (b) employed female employees E, and provided 10,000 won at one time for marina, including sexual intercourse with the price for sexual intercourse; (c) agreed to pay 50,000 won out of the amount to the female to the female; and (d) arranged to receive 100,000 won from F of the police officer who was found to be the customer, and arranged to have E perform sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

The execution of imprisonment with prison labor shall be suspended and the sentence shall be imposed as ordered, considering the following circumstances: (a) the business size for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act does not amount to 85 square meters; (b) the size of business (the size of business place is 85 square meters, 6 smugglings, 1.5 million won per month); and (c) the circumstances after committing the crime shall be applied to 6 months, but there is no record of the same kind of crime; and (d) the confession of the crime late and reflects it; and (e) the punishment shall be imposed as ordered.
