A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2012, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 4 months for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Incheon District Court on August 6, 2012, and the same criminal power is seven times.
