1. Basic facts

A. The instant apartment is a collective housing comprised of 2,027 households located in Ulsan-gu L. The Defendant’s representative council consisting of the representatives of the instant apartment. The Plaintiff was elected as the president of the instant apartment and performed duties as the president from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2017.
