A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the Grandroth in the Ireland.

On December 23, 2017, the Defendant driven the above passenger vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.087% from the blood transfusion around 19:25 on December 23, 2017, and led to the flow of one-lane road in front of the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City along the direction toward the city in the Yansan City from the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

At all times, signal lights have been installed, so in such a case, the driver had a duty of care to live well in the front and to prevent traffic accidents by safely proceeding in accordance with the new code.

Nevertheless, the Defendant’s negligence, while under the influence of alcohol, proceeded as it was without giving a full view of the front door, led the front side of the victim D(44 )’s car parked in the front line in accordance with the new subparagraph, which was stopped in the front line, to take the front side of the F.S. passenger car of the victim D(44 ) who was parked in the front line, and due to the shock, the said S. passenger car was pushed down in the front line of the F.F. (43 Do)’s G new car driving, which was driven in the front line of the said S. car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks’ treatment due to occupational negligence as above, and injury to the victim F, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks’ treatment.

2. On December 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a Grand Sheet under the influence of approximately 0.087% alcohol concentration in the section of about 7km, from the front road of the 30km-ro, Nam-dong, Nam-dong, Nam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the road of the same erode 80km-ro, Nam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. (b) On December 23, 2017, the Defendant driven a Grand Sheet under the influence of approximately 0.087% alcohol concentration in blood.
