The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court rendered a judgment not guilty on the changed facts charged in the instant case, deeming that there was no evidence of crime.

Examining the record, the above determination by the court below is justifiable.

There was no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding comprehensive delegation, fabrication of private documents in the name of a private person, or fraud in a lawsuit, or omitting judgment as to the fraud of a lawsuit.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
