Defendant

A and C shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months, by imprisonment for one year, and by imprisonment for four months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants may not trade, provide, smoke, or possess any psychotropic drug, which is not a person handling narcotics, and contains YABA, hereinafter referred to as "YABA," and they may not stay in the Republic of Korea beyond the status and period of sojourn as a person holding the nationality of Thailand.

1. Defendant A

A. On March 12, 2019, the Defendant purchased 30,000 won or more from the end of March 1, 2019 to H, a workplace partner in the Lancheon-si, F, and purchased 1/2 of the price. (2) The Defendant purchased 1/2 of the price at the same time and at the same place as the above 1/2 of the price purchased as above, and at the same time and at the same place as above, the Defendant purchased 1/2 of the price. (b) The Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act entered the Republic of Korea on September 13, 2014 (Exemption from visa and 90 days stay, and stayed in the Republic of Korea on December 12, 2014, without obtaining permission for extension of the period of stay, and thereafter, purchased 1/2 of the price.

2. Defendant B

A. A. On April 21, 2019, the Defendant purchased YYA(1) and around 21:00 at the end of April, 2019, the Defendant purchased 240,000 won from J’s residence, which is the same nationality located in Mancheon-si I, and purchased 40,000 won from J, which contains Metepia ingredients. (2) On the same day as the above 1:10 on the same day, the Defendant purchased YA in front of his residence in Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, and 2 (2) in the same way within the said residence. The Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act: (a) on September 1, 2014 (Exemption and Exemption).
