A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On July 19, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 months for the following crimes: (a) on October 13, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years and 6 months for a crime of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the same court on August 30, 200; (b) on September 27, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of 2 years and 6 months for the same crime in the same court; and (c) on February 5, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 4 years for the same crime from the Vice Branch of the Incheon District Court to a prison of Incheon District Court for the same crime on December 18, 2013.

[Criminal facts]

1. Night-time theft;

A. On June 7, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C: (a) around 02:40 on June 7, 2016, the Defendant: (b) opened an open door and intruded into the victim C’s residence; and (c) cut off with one wall equivalent to KRW 40,00 in the market price, which includes KRW 8,000,000 in cash owned by the victim.

B. On June 7, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E: (a) around 03:10 of Gyeonggi-do, Gwangju City F, 】 】 the victim E’s residence; (b) opened an unlocked entrance and intruded the entrance; and (c) cut off with approximately 14K gold 1,00,000 won in total of the market price of the victim’s possession in the crepit of the cremation (50,000,000 won); (d) 3 gold 14K gyp (3 money), 14K gold gyp (1 money), 14K gold gyp (1 money), and 7,000 won in cash.

On June 7, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim G by opening a gate that was not set up and intrusioned at the victim G located in the H and OOOO in Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and then cutting down the wall, which was 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

On June 7, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I, the market price owned by the victim who opened and intruded the entrance that was not set up in the GJ and x the residence of the victim I in Gyeonggi-do x the victim I.
