Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2013, the Defendant, who was punished for the violation of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, was driving a rocketing car without a driver’s license on March 1, 2013, up to 4 km from the front side of the horse-gu restaurant located in the same jum of the horse-gu in front of the horse-gu restaurant located in the same jum of 0.118% under the influence of alcohol level.
