A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B rocketing-III car.

On May 14, 2015, the Defendant operated the said car without a driver's license, which was not covered by the mandatory insurance. On May 21, 2015, the Defendant continued to drive the said car in front of the beneficiary company located in the Seogjin-gu, Kimpo-si in Kimpo-si with one lane from the westa-si to the Mari-ri distance flood.
