1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years;

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 21:00 to 22:30 on August 2013, the Defendant asked the Defendant to send approximately 10g of marijuana sales on his/her name in the Chinese monat Croon-si Special Self-Governing Province (Korean Won KRW 1.20,00) to “Seoul Seongbuk-gu D201, the Defendant’s address in the Republic of Korea,” which is the Defendant’s address in the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, the above hemp sales market called to contact the name in the United Kingdom and send marijuana to the above address. On September 2013, the above name infinite entered about 7.23 gg of marijuana in the color vinyl in the United Kingdom and concealed it in an international letter-post item, and the addressee entered the name in the name of the defendant as "E" and the place of receipt into the above address.

Since then, on September 12:28, 201, an international letter-post item concealed as above arrived at the Incheon National Port on September 5, 2013, and the Defendant received the said item from the Defendant’s home on September 14:45, 201.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 7.23g of hemp from the UK to the Republic of Korea in collusion with the above influences.

2. On September 10, 2013, around 14:45, the Defendant, who is a psychotropic drug, possessed one lsD, a psychotropic drug (2.5cm X 3cm, total Article 12) by keeping one psychotropic drug between the Defendant’s book-keeping room and the Defendant’s book-keeping room (D 201).
