Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Csch Rexton car.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence caused the death of the said victim D due to cerebrovassis during the treatment at G hospital located in Gyeyang-gu F on October 3, 2017 in Gyeyang-gu, Young-gu, Yangyang-gu on October 3, 2017. The Defendant suffered injury to the said victim E, such as an influencous fluencing transfusion, for the number of days of treatment.
