1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 92,080,141 and KRW 69,130,885 among them, 25% per annum from December 5, 2013 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant, on November 27, 2012, agreed to lose the benefit due to the delayed payment of the monthly payment of KRW 152,00,000 from the plaintiff at an interest rate of 11.1%, monthly payment of KRW 2,90,013, and delayed payment of the monthly payment of KRW 25% on two consecutive occasions. From September 6, 2013 to December 4, 2013, the defendant lost the benefit due to the failure to pay the monthly payment of KRW 69,130,85, fees, KRW 22,780, late payment of the principal, late payment of KRW 169,08,00, and the total amount of outstanding principal and interest of KRW 92,080,141 as of December 4, 2013.

Therefore, barring special circumstances, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from December 5, 2013 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the settlement date of KRW 92,080,141 among the Plaintiff and KRW 69,130,885 among them.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is legitimate, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
