Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On March 31, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year, by obstructing the performance of official duties at the Daegu District Court, etc.

[2] On February 24, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant and B reported to the police as a result of the victim D(38 tax) and the automobile accident in front of the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, 2016, and the victim tried to report to the police. The Defendant: (a) got the victim's chest by pushing the victim's chest by hand; (b) cut the victim's her chest on the victim's body; and (c) decided that the victim's face was drinking; and (d) B, together with the victim's head debt, took the victim's face.

As a result, the Defendant, in collaboration with B, inflicted bodily injury on the victim, such as light salt in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.
