1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The relevant net C (Death on March 27, 2015) of the Parties had five children between the Plaintiff, Defendant, E, F, and G5.

The plaintiff returned to New Zealand on November 1, 1993 and returned to Korea on September 201.

B. On March 22, 1989, C obtained a building permit under the name of the Plaintiff, and attached Form C on the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan.

1. On December 24, 191, the registration of initial ownership was completed in the name of the Plaintiff with respect to the instant building, which was newly constructed on the stated building (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”).

In addition, C obtained a building permit under the name of C and the defendant on March 22, 1989, and attached Form C on the I ground owned by C.
