When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2014, at around 21:20, the Defendant driven a BMW 528i car at around 50 meters from the bMW 528i parking lot located in the Namcheon-dong, Namcheon-gu, Busan to the road front of the slick Slick City in the same Dong.
