1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed with the Plaintiff KRW 25,673,719 and 5% per annum from March 25, 2018 to January 31, 2019.

From February 25, 2015, the Plaintiff has been making a monetary transaction to the Defendants from around February 25, 2015. The Defendants recognized the fact that the amount of outstanding principal was 25,673,719 as of March 24, 2018.

(B) Defendant C is jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the balance of the borrowed amount of KRW 25,673,719 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment (this is compensation for delay of monetary obligation, and it is separate from whether the Plaintiff did not receive interest) as requested by the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim against the defendants shall be accepted in entirety on the grounds of the reasons.
