1. Defendant F and G Federation jointly share 124,365,776 won to Plaintiff A, and 114,540,416 won to Plaintiff B, Plaintiff C, D, and E.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. At around 16:10 on August 23, 2014, Defendant F: (a) driven by the JVEz center located in Suwon-gu, Busan (hereinafter “the instant Lebz center”); (b) the head part of K, which was obtained in the upstream of the moorings, was shocked by the water-based dives of the instant water-based dives; and (c) caused the death of K due to damage to two parts at around 18:13 on the same day while driving the water-based dives center (hereinafter “instant water-based dives center”). K visited, at the time of the instant accident, was enrolled in the second grade of the sports science university guidance department at MNN at MN; and (d) the dives center at MU as a member in MU, on the day of the instant accident, was visited to train the committee.
After completion of the training, the members of the Egynae Council asked O of the Egynae Center employees of the Egynae Center to write off the instant Banae and received the consent, and the accident of this case occurred while waiting in the course of mooring for boarding.
