A A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, each of whom shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Defendant

A is a person working for a construction company, and Defendants B, C, and Defendant D are each family members, and the F Party members are the members.

On April 13, 2014, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Party decided to select candidates for the head of F Party G party by voting by a national participation elector group.

Political parties shall conduct a competition campaign in the intraparty competition for which voting rights are granted to persons who are not party members and party members, and may not appeal for support by means of direct telephone conversations between a telephoner and a telephoner.

Defendant

A knowingly known that H was registered in the F Party G Head of the F Party, and had the mind to assist in the H’s competition campaign, and conspired to appeal for H’s support by means of direct telephone conversations with Defendant C, Defendant D and telephone introduced through Defendant B.

From March 18, 2014 to February 25, 201 of the same month, the Defendants filed an appeal for support with the Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D with the phone number listed in the said electoral group list, and directly asked the recipient of the namely wounded by posting the phone number from the phone number indicated in the said electoral group list to the Nonindicted Party B, Defendant C, and Defendant D directly request the support of H, a preliminary candidate, who is the head of the Gu.”
