Criminal facts

On October 17, 1983, the Defendant was subject to a disposition to send the family court to the Seoul Southern District Court for special larceny, and on February 29, 1984, the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office was subject to a disposition to send the family court to the family court for larceny. On October 7, 1986, the Seoul Southern District Court was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment, and on February 8, 191, sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor from the Seoul Southern District Court for the same crime. On March 13, 2009, the Defendant was released on August 14, 2009 and the parole period passed on September 22, 2009.

1. On February 26, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on February 26, 201, at the victim D’s house located in Ansan-si Group C and the second floor of Ansan-si; (b) confirmed the victim’s outing and leaving out, and confirmed the victim’s outing and leaving a bridge up to the side of the building through a rail rail of the victim’s house bed; (c) opened a window that was unfringing on the wall; and (d) opened and intrudes any window that was inside the wall, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 3,00,000,000 at the market price of KRW 3,00,000,000 for the victim’s own land; (d) 1,500,000,000 won for the total market price of KRW 1,50,00,000 for 1,50,000.

From around that time to September 12, 2015, the Defendant stolen money and valuables amounting to KRW 20,234,000 in total by 20,00,00 from the day to September 12, 2015, by cutting out gas pipes through Ansan-si and Seocheon-si, cutting off the crime prevention windows, and by exposing things into the empty house.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On May 2, 2015, at around 20:16, the Defendant shut down from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si to the road of about 50km from the front of the Defendant’s house to the road of about 20 km-ro 1, Annsan-si, Annsan-si.
