Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in urban bus driving service.

Where any person is killed or injured due to traffic, such as driving of a motor vehicle, the driver of the motor vehicle shall immediately stop the motor vehicle and take necessary measures to provide assistance to casualties.
