Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven a BS-type car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.185% among blood transfusions on August 15, 2017, and driven a three-lane road in front of the Saemaul Undong-gu Office in Chungcheongnam-gu Office in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, with three-lanes along the direction of the salary distance from the direction of the salary distance.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the front section, the left section, and the steering system of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to perform such a duty of care, found the victim C(54) who temporarily stops while making a right-hand while driving another vehicle without properly examining the other vehicle, delayed detection of the victim C(54) drive, and had the victim’s driver seated before the Defendant’s driver’s seat.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim C to suffer bodily injury, such as light salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment by negligence in the course of business as above.

On August 15, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.185% among blood transfusions on August 23:20, 2017, the Defendant driven a B SP-type car at the two-km section from the front of the National Bank in the Heungdong-gu Heungdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu to the roads front of the Saemaul Undong-gu, 567, as in the same Gu’s position.
