A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least ten months due to intrusion of structures at night, larceny, etc. in the official branch of the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 25, 2018.

[2018 Highest 1703] On April 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around the Daejeon Seodong-gu C restaurant, Daejeon, Daejeon, on April 18, 2018, the Defendant: (b) around the 18:00, the victim D (223) who is an employee of the above restaurant, tried to report to the police; (c) the victim D (22) desires to take a bath to the police; (d) twice the victim D’s face face; and (e) the Defendant was tightly pushed the same employee E, who took the above breath of the assault as a mobile phone, was tightly sealed by the victim E in his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims.

[2018 Godan 2022] On February 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the following reasons: (a) one year; (b) two years; (c) two years; and (d) ten months; (d) ten months; and (e) on August 11, 2017; and (e) on February 25, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of the final sentence.

On May 25, 2018, at around 15:08, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim H, who was placed in the stairs adjacent to the entrance of the first floor, with a parking sticker of an amount equivalent to KRW 5,000 and a small amount equivalent to KRW 8,700 in the market price.

As a result, the defendant has been sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with prison labor due to larceny, and has committed larceny during the period of repeated crime.

[2018 Godan 2111] On February 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the following reasons: (a) one year; (b) two years; (c) two years; and (d) ten months; (d) ten months; and (e) on August 11, 2017; and (e) on February 25, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of the final sentence on imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court’s official branch office.

As such, the Defendant is sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for more than three times due to larceny, etc.
