Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs and the Defendant are business operators under Article 2 subparagraph 1 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”), who engage in the business of manufacturing and selling heavy voltage and low voltage power lines.
J. The J.S. (hereinafter “J.”) is a nonprofit incorporated association established for the purpose of promoting the sound development of the electric wire industry and the enhancement of mutual benefits among its members, and the Korea Electric Power Corporation is a public corporation established for the purpose of developing electric resources, transmitting, distributing and related work.
B. An unfair collaborative act and disposition of the Fair Trade Commission (1) total of 34 companies engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling power lines, including the plaintiffs and defendants, and the defendants, other than the plaintiffs and the defendant, K Co., Ltd., Ltd., L Co. (Change from M Co., Ltd to N Co., Ltd. on April 10, 200, to the current trade name on March 21, 2006), Qu Co., Ltd, R Co., Ltd, R Co., Ltd. (Change from P Co. to December 1, 2001), R Co., Ltd., Ltd. (T Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., UV Co., Ltd, WX Co., Ltd, Y, Y, AB Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., AD Co., Ltd. (Change from AC to AE Co., Ltd. on March 3, 199; AD Co., Ltd. (Change from AE to AM Co. on March 28, Ltd.).
