Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Defendants are ordered to take lectures to prevent sexual traffic for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Ⅰ. Defendant D [2016 Gohap 413] The Defendant returned from July 11, 2015 to E (n.e., female, 15 years of age) and was living together with the Gosiwon, etc.

In order to prepare a room for the above E and to borrow money from private village A, and as the Defendant received a loan through the above A makes it difficult to repay it, the Defendant solicited E to engage in commercial sex acts, and followed E to pay the money to A with the money for the cost of living with E.

1.
