A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 31, 2016, the Defendant, at around 13:30, driven a car in the 150km section, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the construction site of the filial apartment located in the Docheon-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do to the 102 Go Changwon-gun, Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, and then run a car in the 150km section without obtaining a driver’s license.

There is a history of being sentenced to one punishment for a crime of another and three fines for a crime of another type, as much as the risk of re-offending is likely, such as one suspended sentence for one time due to driving without a license for driving under the influence of alcohol and six fines, even if they are sentenced respectively.
