Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the employer who runs the electrical construction business by ordinarily employing seven workers as the representative of the “C” in Daegu-gu B.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who was employed by the said enterprise from October 2, 2019, worked at the electrical construction site located in Macheon City or below, until December 7, 2019, worked at a total of four construction sites in total, and was retired from office around December 8, 2019, including KRW 8,700,000 in total of wages, including the total of KRW 3,880,000 in wages of retired workers D around October 8, 2019, and the Defendant did not pay KRW 28,220,000 in total of wages of 9 workers, such as those indicated in the attached List of Crimes (1) within 14 days from each retirement date without an agreement on the extension of the payment date between the parties.

The Defendant is a “C” representative in Daegu-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, and is an employer who operates electrical construction business.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on September 16, 2019, was employed by the Defendant on the E-site and worked until October 25, 2019, and was retired from office until October 25, 2019, did not pay 1,180,000 won, including 3,420,000 won of wages of retired workers on October 2019, and 1,80,000 won, including 3,420,000 won as indicated in the separate list of crimes (2).
