Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2014, at around 01:50, the Defendant: (a) stated that “A police officers belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station B District called the Busan Southern Police Station B zone who received 112 report that a assault case occurred on the road in front of “Mondo” located in 10, Nam-gu, Busan, Busan, and received 112, and asked questions about the situation and control the Defendant’s attempt to see others, and (b) went beyond the road by saving the head of the said C with the right arms, and was divided.”

As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers related to the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes.

Regarding the fact that the defendant, at around 01:50 on May 10, 2014, the part dismissing the prosecution of this case under Articles 70(1) and 69(2) of the Criminal Act, was assaulted by putting the shoulder of the victim D on the road in front of the "Mon-ro 28, Nam-gu, Busan" located in 10, the Nam-gu, Busan, in a double-ro 28-ro, with double-ro 10, which is a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the intent expressed by the victim under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. According to the written agreement entered in the records, the victim expressed his/her intention not to be punished against the defendant after the prosecution of this case, this part of the prosecution is dismissed pursuant to Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
