A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. A. On May 2020, the Defendant, at around Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2020, posted the official seal of the head of the IBK Distribution Complex C branch office of the IBK Distribution Complex on the “Integrated Balance Certificate” column with the name of the principal of the C branch office of the IBK Bank, attached the paper B stating “A” in the “Won 50,000,000” column, “Won 50,000,” and copied the paper B stating “No. 07, 2020,” and “No. 07, 2005,” respectively, in the column of “No. 1, 2020,” and attached the paper stating “No. 07,005,00” column of “No. 2005,07,000.”

On May 11, 2020, the Defendant received an application for registration of incorporation of “D Co., Ltd.” from a registry office of the Daegu District Court, Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu District Court, Daegu-gu, 212, and submitted it to a public official under his name as if he were a document prepared with the completion of the forged consolidated Balance Certificate.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a private document on the proof of facts without authority, and exercised it.

B. From June 2020 to June 2020, the Defendant cited the paper stating “A” in the column of “Won 100,000,000,000,” and copied the paper stating “Won 24, 2020,” in the column of “Won 100,000,000,” on the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2020, the name of the branch of the IBK Distribution Complex C, on which the official seal of the principal of the branch of the IBK Bank C, is affixed, and the paper stating “Won 24, 2020,” written in the column of “Won Doon 100,000.”

On June 25, 2020, the Defendant received an application for registration of incorporation of a “E” corporation from the registry office of the Daegu District Court located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu District Court, Daegu-gu, 212, and submitted it to a public official under his name as if the documents were a document duly prepared.

Accordingly, the defendant is entitled to exercise his authority.
