On October 28, 2018, at around 00:30, the Defendant driven a car with a quantity of 500 meters Dpoter to the front road located in Gwangju Mine-gu B from a Do where the parcel number in the Gwangju Mine-gu can not be known, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.143% of alcohol level.
