The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the summary of the reasons for appeal (the imprisonment of six months, additional collection of ten thousand won) is too unreasonable.

2. In light of the fact that the defendant's criminal act in this case was established at a place or space for gambling for profit-making purposes in collusion with E and H, the crime in this case is not well-grounded in light of the fact that the defendant committed the crime in this case's gambling site operation organization, the defendant's main criminal act led the call center work in China after he acted in accordance with his direction and the degree of participation in the crime in whole; the defendant took part in the crime in order to solve economic difficulties; the defendant voluntarily entered Cambodia to Korea to cooperate with investigative agency; and the defendant has no record of criminal punishment; and the defendant has no record of criminal punishment, the crime in this case is committed in collusion with E and H, etc.; the crime in this case is not committed; the crime in this case is not committed; the defendant was committed with knowledge that some of D co-offenders were detained even after the investigation into the organization of the gambling site operation of this case; the period of the crime in this case led to the call center work in China; the defendant's participation in the crime in this case's crime and its profits;

In full view of the fact that it cannot be said that the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable because of the fact that the defendant's age, sexual conduct, environment, family relationship, motive, means and consequence of the crime, etc., the circumstances after the crime, etc., the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. According to the conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
