The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant was married with the Victim B (A, 36 years of age) and is currently serving in a divorce lawsuit.

Around 22:00 on January 23, 2018, the Defendant committed assault against the victim on the ground that the victim was satisfying with his/her child's drug, and the victim was satisfying with his/her hand on the ground that he/she recorded a conversation in the victim's dwelling Dhode within the residence of the Defendant in Ysan-si C.
