1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall each be 30.4 shares in each of the 1/4 shares jointly owned by the Defendant B among the real estate listed in the attached list.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
(a) F, G, H, and I died while each of the real estates listed in the separate sheet was in possession of 1/4 shares;
B. Defendant B succeeded to each of the above shares of the deceased F on April 12, 199; Defendant C on November 19, 1985, on the ground of a division of consultation between the deceased C and the deceased on November 19, 1985; Defendant D on October 15, 2002, on the ground of a division of consultation between the networkI on October 15, 2002; Defendant E inherited each of the above shares of the deceased H on the ground of a division of consultation on August 25, 1992.
Article 1 [Purpose] Delegates (A) are the successors of owners on the register of 800 square meters and 4,582 square meters prior to K in Yangyang-si, Namyang-si, and the successors of owners on the register of 4,582 square meters prior to L, and the law firm shall delegate the legal affairs concerning the inheritance registration of the land to be delegated and the receipt of compensation for expropriation of the land to be delegated (hereinafter referred to as “entrusted affairs”) to the law firm J and enter into the delegation contract as follows:

Article 3 / [Bearing of Expenses] Expenses such as stamp sites, delivery fees, appraisal fees, advance payment, deposit, etc. necessary for the handling of delegated affairs shall be borne first, and where Gap gains economic benefits as a result of the handling of delegated affairs, it shall be paid first to Eul. Article 5 [1] Where the inheritance registration of a land subject to delegation is completed due to the handling of delegated affairs, Gap shall pay 30% of the shares of the land subject to delegation to Eul.
