A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Reasons
Criminal facts
1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car B K5 car.
On February 1, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.101% during blood transfusions on February 22:30, 2018, and driven down from the west-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, the roads of four lanes at 11.2km points of the outer expressway of 176 Seoul and the outer expressway of 11.2km away from the west-gu ICT.
IC has changed the lanes to three lanes while driving along four lanes.
