In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and there is no error of finding facts contrary to logical and empirical rules or of misapprehending the legal principles on defamation, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
