A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2013, at around 21:30, the Defendant driven Bone Star or a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.060% without the driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.060% in front of the horizontal market located in the Yangpo-si Yangpo-si Yangpo-si of Gyeonggi-do.
