Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaged in driving B-learning automobiles.

On July 11, 2020, around 01:57, the Defendant driven the said car in the direction of D apartment from the mountain tunnel to the speed of about 20 km at the time, along the four-lane road in front of C apartment at the time of harmony.
