A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 19:10 on February 16, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.207% at around 19:10, and without a driver’s license, operated a approximately KRW 1 km section from the road near the Postal Line, which is in the Ulsan-gu Postal Zone without a driver’s license, to the road front of the oil station in the same Gu B.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving Done Star Cargo Vehicles.

On February 16, 2015, at around 19:10, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle without a driver's license while under the influence of alcohol, and driven the two-lane road in front of the Cjungu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, along the two-lane road from the e-mail route to the e-mail.

However, since the time is night and time is high, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering gear, brake system, etc. of the vehicle to those engaged in driving service.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above.
