Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2014, from around 14:00 to 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed, under the influence of alcohol, the victim E, who is an employee of the Seoul SH Corporation, that the said apartment, took a permanent photograph against the said apartment in relation to the work of the said Corporation; (b) expressed, “I see, see, see, and see, the elderly, without good cause, that “I see, see, collect the elderly, and make a false speech with the elderly,” and prevented the victim from sticking the disturbance, thereby obstructing the victim’s work by force.
