1. The plaintiff's primary claim and the conjunctive claim are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Land Survey Book prepared in the Japanese occupation period for the Gyeonggi-do Yangju-gun (hereinafter “Kri”) with respect to the Gyeonggi-do Yangju-gun (hereinafter “Kri”) is indicated as being jointly owned by Nonparty N andO residing in M as the land Survey Book in the Gyeonggi-do Yang-gun L, Yangju-gun (hereinafter “instant land before the instant partition”).
B. On October 1, 2000, the name of "Kri-do Yangju-gun" was changed to the Gyeonggi-do Yangju-gun Pri-gun Pri-do, and the name was changed to the name of "Ydong-do Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do on October 19, 2003."
C. The cadastral record on the land before the instant partition was destroyed due to Korean War, etc., and restored on July 1, 1968. The old land cadastre, which was restored, indicated that the land before the instant partition was divided into 713 square meters before R on December 30, 1961, 150 square meters before S and 143 square meters before T.
On May 14, 1962, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of initial ownership in accordance with Article 5152, which was received by the Government Registry of the District Court on the 713th day prior to the said R.
E. The 713 square meters prior to R was divided into 288 square meters prior to R on September 19, 1969, U 1,345 square meters, and V 724 square meters prior to V. U 1,345 square meters were divided into 179 square meters prior to December 28, 1985, U 179 square meters (the 179 square meters prior to M 110 square meters and the 69 square meters equal to 110 square meters prior to M 29 square meters), X-282 square meters, Y-118 square meters, Z-15 square meters, Z-28 square meters, AB-208 square meters, and 18 square meters prior to A208 square meters divided into 160 square meters prior to A208 square meters (the 9207 square meters prior to A.205).
F.
