Punishment of the crime

around October 26, 2008, the defendant of "2017 Highest 3739" is in the vicinity of the hospital affiliated with Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the Ambassador 59, the Ambassador of Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and the victim C cannot explain the project that he/she is running within his/her house for security reasons.

On October 26, 2008, the Defendant received 5,000,000 from the injured party to the post bank account (E) in the name of D on October 26, 2008, and received delivery of KRW 32,820,333 in total on eight occasions from around that time to March 26, 2009, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

around March 2008, the defendant of "2017 Highest 3805" suffered a large amount of money when he/she moves her to Hongpe, where he/she had "goods falling under the national distribution of Lao" to the victim G in the multilateral bank near Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The loan made a false statement to return 10 times the amount of money.

However, the defendant did not carry out the business of transferring the state-owned goods in the Lao to Red bean, and even if he did not have any specific property and borrowed money to the complainant, he did not have any intent and ability to repay it.

The Defendant, on April 8, 2008, issued to the injured party a total of KRW 24 million on the face of KRW 10 million and KRW 24 million on the face of KRW 4 million.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
