1. The Defendant’s KRW 15 million to the Plaintiff, as well as 6% per annum from April 4, 2017 to July 17, 2017.

On December 1, 2016, the Plaintiff supplied printed materials to Nonparty C, and received KRW 5 million at a face value issued by the Defendant, KRW 7 million, and KRW 35 million in total. The Plaintiff on March 31, 2017; and

Around March 2, 201, the Plaintiff offered the above coefficient mark, but was not paid as a sponsed portion, and the Plaintiff’s receipt of two million won out of the above amount on July 25, 2017 from the Defendant can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the entry of evidence A No. 1.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 15 million won and the amount equivalent to 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from April 4, 2017 to July 17, 2017, which is the day following the date of service of the complaint, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
