A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2016. 7. 6. 00:20경 포항시 북구 C에 있는 포항북부경찰서 D파출소 앞에서 피고인이 택시요금을 주지 않고 욕설을 하며 소란을 부린다는 112신고를 받고 출동한 D파출소 소속 순경 E(여, 29세)으로부터 인적사항 등에 대해 질문을 받자 “니는 뭐야, 여자 짭새도 있네”라고 하며 주먹으로 E 얼굴을 1대 때리고, 이를 지켜본 같은 파출소 소속 경위 F(54세)가 피고인을 제지하자 “이 영감탱이가 어디서 나와서 지랄이야”라고 욕설을 하며 발로 경위 F 허벅지를 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the execution of duties by assaulting E who is a public official in the 112 reported dispatch duty.
