A is an operator of GNber Cine (H) connected with F in which a virtual dynamic image of women's fluor is drawn, and is a representative attorney of P in the law office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul OO building 902. Q is a co-operator of the above F, who is designated as a crime of violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (obscenity) on December 18, 2006, while residing in China, and uses R, S, T, and U, and next AD as a co-operator of the above F, who resided in China while residing in China, and who uses D, S, and C, as a co-operator of the above F, while residing in China in China.

1. Around January 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened several Internet cameras in France from 2007 to 2012; (b) opened several Internet cameras from 2007 to 2012; and (c) placed a fee in the above F on the Kapet bulletin board, and (d) opened the above Kapet images in order to have the Kapet images downloaded by downloading the above Kapet images, and (e) collect money from Internet Kapets members on the pretext of agreement on the ground of copyright infringement; and (b) intended to receive money from them under the pretext of agreement on the ground of copyright infringement.

At that time, the Defendant: (a) opened an additional YNA (Z), AANA (AB), AC NA (AD), and Q, around that time, opened AE NNA (AF), AG NA (AH), and V following the following car pages; (b) the Defendant and Q, while posting the FN images of the FF on the bulletin board of the said car page, intends to run a business using them on the bulletin board. When such a business is operated, all data on the bulletin board consisting of regular members can be seen as having become a car page. “On the other hand, all data on the bulletin board may be seen as having become a regular member.”
