1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 105,870,929 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 20, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. As of May 19, 2017, the Plaintiff supplied steel plates and sirens, etc. to the Defendant from January 2, 2016 to December 2, 2016 when selling shipbuilding equipment under the trade name of “B” and the fact that the Defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 105,870,929 is either a dispute between the parties concerned or can be acknowledged by the evidence Nos. 1 and 2.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 105,870,929, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 20, 2017 to the date of full payment.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
