Punishment of the crime

The defendant, around 08:00 on February 17, 2015, stated the facts charged in the indictment in front of the "Ccafeteria" located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, "the above time and place" but since the basic facts are the same and there is no risk of causing substantial disadvantages to the defendant's exercise of his right of defense, it shall be corrected ex officio.
