1. Defendant K and L jointly share KRW 50,000,000 to Plaintiff A, as well as the period from October 5, 2007 to December 29, 2015.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. The facts of recognition 1) around May 2006, Defendant K established RR Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “R”) and Defendant L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “S”) on or around April 2007, respectively. (2) Defendant L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Damon”) established legal management and share price decline. As such, Defendant L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Damon”) entered the legal management, Defendant Chmon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Damon”) and operated with the positions of R or S’s vice president, business director, etc., and the remaining Defendants, who were engaged in activities with the position of R or S’s vice president, business director, etc., and the Defendants conspired to acquire money by taking advantage of an unspecified number of investors, as it entered into multimon as if R were to purchase stocks.

3 Defendant K and L, at the S office on October 3, 2007, engage in the business of acquiring multi-mon stocks in Thailand, and the funds are required. When lending money, 10% interest per month shall be paid and the principal shall be returned within six months.”

5. The Plaintiff received KRW 50 million from the said Plaintiff.

(4) In addition, the Defendants received money from the Plaintiffs, other than the Plaintiffs A, by stating that “I would return 3 to 10 times the investment amount if they invest in multi-mon shares, and would pay 5 to 40% of the investment amount if they invite investors.” The Defendants received money from the said Plaintiffs as stated below: (a) the total payment amount paid from May 23, 2007 to August 18, 2008; (b) KRW 308 million from October 24, 2007 to 31.6 million from August 31, 2007; (c) KRW 201 to 7.6 million from August 24, 2008 to August 24, 2008; and (d) KRW 1 to 7.6 million from August 25, 2008 to KRW 8.7 million from August 208 to 208; and (d) KRW 1 to 7.7 million from July 28, 20008.
