The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of this case’s facts charged (except for the portion without charge) on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on election campaign under the Election of Public Officials Act by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal, thereby exceeding the bounds of the principle of free conviction, or by misapprehending the legal principles.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
