Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-learning car.

On December 29, 2014, at around 10:10, the Defendant continued the front roads D of the Gangwon Yangyang-gun from the south 4th to the national highways 7.

In such cases, the driver has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely operating his/her vehicle with the former, rear, and left and right.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of neglecting this, the part of the ambel of the victim E (n.e., 80 years old) walking on the front side of the road, the part of the victim E (n.e., 80 years old) going beyond the floor, which was obtained by the Defendant’s driver as the front part of the driver’s ambl. After leaving the front part of the driver’s ambl on the “D”, the above amblished the part of the victim’s body that was going beyond the above amblishing car.

As a result, the Defendant caused the victim by the above occupational negligence to die from low blood shock shocks at the Gangseosan Hospital located in 38, Jung-si, Jung-si, Jung-si, the same day at around 18:48.
