1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 3,786,057 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its related amount from August 12, 2014 to June 10, 2015.

Basic Facts

On August 5, 2013, upon introduction by C, the representative director of the Geum River Construction Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”), the Defendant awarded a contract to the Geum River Construction Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Geum River Construction Industry”) for D operation, Nadong Construction Project (hereinafter “instant building,” and the construction thereof was referred to as “instant construction”). Three contracts were made between the Defendant and the Geum River Construction Industry as listed below.
