Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2014, at around 08:40 on September 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the traffic of 34 minutes on the land along which ordinary vehicles pass, by keeping a track that is towed in the way to prevent the vehicles from passing through the stringer D and parking problems; (b) moving the track along the way to prevent the vehicles from passing through the stringer; and (c) moving the string to the string; and (d) moving the string to the string, around 09:14 minutes after the police officer called to the stringer.
